The Creative Meditation class is a class with a combination of meditation and art therapy. The first class of the month is meditation and journaling class. The second class of the month is an art therapy class. This class is for bringing creativity to mindfulness.  Each class is $35 per person cash or Venmo accepted as forms of payment.
