During times of great distress, often it is hard to see the silver lining. As we are socially distant and many folks without work, this may be an opportunity for self reflection that we are not often given.
Therapy is a space to further self reflection, explore our individual journeys, and manage difficulties in our paths. It is a space to learn about ourselves, hopefully giving us the room to grow our strengths.
Even though we are socially distancing, many facilities are offering Telehealth services through the Covid crisis and many insurance companies waiving cost-sharing for these services.
If you have considered engaging in a therapy, many offices are continuing services and accepting new clients.
